We handle all refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If you have a concern about a charge, please reach out to us at [email protected] and we'll work with you to find a fair resolution.

iRLStar offers a 5-day money-back guarantee for new customers. If you are not satisfied within the first 5 days of your first payment, contact us for a full refund. No questions asked. Refunds are not available after 5 days or for subsequent billing cycles.
Subscription Charges
iRLStar subscriptions are billed monthly. Because we provision dedicated streaming infrastructure for each customer, subscription fees cover real operating costs and are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun.
However, we understand that circumstances vary. We will consider refund requests in situations such as:
- Significant service outages or technical failures on our end that prevented you from using the service
- Accidental double charges or billing errors
- Charges made after a cancellation request was submitted but not processed correctly
Cancellations
You can cancel your iRLStar subscription at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation:
- Your account remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged again after cancellation
- No partial refunds are issued for unused days in the current billing period unless exceptional circumstances apply
Account Suspension
If your account is suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Service, you are not entitled to a refund for any remaining subscription period.
How to Request a Refund

- Your account email address or username
- The charge amount and approximate date
- A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.
